Katie’s professional background developed in the Brand Marketing world however, after receiving Microblading herself, she left intrigued and inspired; and just one month later she began her own training under Melissa Byrne of ARCHES in Sonoma, CA. Since mastering Microblading Katie expanded her skill set to include machine techniques and earned certifications from international industry masters: Maya Moore of Moore Beauty Love, Janine Wallace of Brow Jam and most recently Carla Ricciardone of Sculpted Studios to name a few.
It was through Microblading that Katie was able to realize a new business venture and expand on her personal passions: creating connections, creativity and enhancing beauty naturally. With her keen eye for details, Katie proudly launched Oakland Glow Studio in 2019.
